I dropped in recently to pick up some new boots and absolutely agree with all you say about them: super-friendly bunch of guys who really know their stuff. They worked with me for a couple of hours to get the boots fitting right (I have really wide, size 14 "problem" feet!) and set me up with custom liners and footbeds, too. Just a great feeling to ski with correctly-fitting, comfortable boots. A real confidence booster on the mountain.
