Just got off the mountain today. All in all a pretty good day. There was nice soft snow up high, even a little fresh to be had off 7th Heaven. We did laps there in the morning then headed over to Harmony/Symphony on the P2P. Yesterday was great in the morning, but boy did that wind move in. It was like being in a sandblaster going around the back of Peak. I had ice crystals coming in through the ear holes of my helmet.
If you're in the village tonight, I'll probably stop into Dubh Linn Gate to listen to a little music and hoist a few pints. I'm about 5'10, brown hair and have a blue north face jacket. I'm up with my father who's tall, has red hair and a mustache. If you see us I'd love to buy you a beer.

Hey Greg,

Just got off the mountain today. All in all a pretty good day. We were up there on Friday morning and the snow was good. Another beautiful spot that is a must see for any first timers to Whistler/Blackcomb. We got about half way down the bowl and the wind started howling. I literally had to stick my poles into the sn0w and lean into the wind to avoid being blown down the hill. When we got down to the Excelerator Chair all the upper mountain lifts on both mountains started closing, including the Peak to Peak. We skied the bottom half of the mountain for a while but gave up when the rain started picking up. We plan on leaving today and were hoping to get a few more runs in but it looks like the snow never came last night. Will watch the lift status to see if the upper chairs open - apparently it is still windy at the peaks.

Greg – enjoyed the meal as well.
