Big Lift Lines – Epic Snow

Since my blog is more about the conditions than anything else, today was a good day. The skiing was great from top to bottom – the powder in the alpine was amazing (although not as deep as I expected) and the visibility below the alpine was good. Obviously the lift lines are bigger than I prefer, but that’s what happens during the holidays.

Christmas Eve – Windy with Deep Snow

The freezing level had risen quite high, so the snow wasn’t blower by any means, but by keeping above Crystal all day we found plenty of good stuff. I actually really like today’s kind of snow – plus it was DEEP.
